At Thrifted.com, we want you to love your vintage finds, but we understand that sometimes the fit or style isn't quite right. We offer a 30-day return window for all pre-loved items to ensure you shop with complete confidence.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Thrifted.com tags remain attached and the clothing is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
